The Company does not provide personal information to external parties without the user's prior consent. However, personal information may be provided in the following cases:

Personal information recorded or stored in paper documents is shredded or incinerated.
Users may access, modify, or delete their personal information at any time via ‘Profile Settings.’ Users may also request access to their personal information. Users may request the suspension of personal information processing at any time. However, requests may be denied if there are special legal provisions. Users may withdraw their consent to personal information collection and use at any time by terminating their membership. For children under the age of 14, legal guardians have the right to access, modify, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent for the child's personal information.
If a user requests a correction of incorrect personal information, the Company will not use or provide the concerned information until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction request.
Users and legal guardians may exercise their rights through the ‘Profile Settings’ page or by contacting ‘Support.’ Users can check their service activity history via the ‘Personal Information Usage History’ page and withdraw their consent as needed.
The Company does not transfer users’ personal information overseas.
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
Administrative Measures: Implementation of internal management plans, operation of dedicated teams, regular employee training.
Technical Measures: Access control mechanisms and access restrictions, log retention for personal information processing systems, security features to prevent data tampering, encryption of personal information, installation and updates of antivirus/security software.
Physical Measures: Access control for server rooms and data storage facilities.
The Company uses cookies to provide personalized services by storing and retrieving user information as needed. Cookies are small data files sent by the website's server (HTTP) to the user's browser and stored on the user’s PC hard drive. Cookies are used for purposes such as:

If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users at least three (3) days in advance through the ‘Notices’ section. However, in cases of significant changes affecting user rights, such as modifications to the categories of personal information collected or changes in the purposes of use, the Company will notify users at least thirty (30) days in advance and may seek additional consent if necessary.
